For startups

Harbor pairs startups with a dedicated team of (2-3) Aalto students for a six-week deep dive into the projects sitting in your backlog. We handle the practicalities so you can stay focused on your roadmap, and evaluate your next hires in the process.

Program Details

Who

Aalto students through our application process, guided by our experienced coaches. You choose the right team with our help. Each team is supported by an Aaltoes project lead who manages day-to-day coordination, keeps the team on track, and is your single point of contact.

When

Six weeks, May 11 to June 17. First week onboarding, four weeks full-time project work, one week wrap-up.

Cost

3,500 € per project. Payment is tied to deliverables defined in the first week.

Projects

Exploratory focus e.g. validating a new market, prototyping a feature, customer discovery in an adjacent space, visual communication or marketing experiments.

Time commitment

• Defining an opportunity or overlooked project from your backlog with our help
• First week 2-3 meetings for onboarding, locking in deliverables and signing contract
• During program ~30 min to 1 hour per week per team for a check-in
• Want to be more hands-on? The structure is flexible
• Teams work from our space by default, but can work from your office if you prefer
